2. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping across Egypt, including Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Delta, Upper Egypt, and major cities. Remote areas (e.g., New Valley, North Sinai) may require additional transit time or fees. Contact us for coverage confirmation.

3. Delivery Time

Note: Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or high order volumes.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently offer international shipping.
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
If you have specific delivery requirements, please contact us before placing your order.

5. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts

After 3 contact attempts over 3 consecutive days, undelivered orders are held for 10 days (domestic) or 21 days (international) before disposal. Return shipping fees apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product/package
- We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
